PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND FACILITATION
Utilizing our extensive experience, VOX project staff can design, prepare and facilitate a participatory media project. We will work you to define project goals and expected outcomes, to secure equipment and participants, to outline workshops logistics and to oversee a promotional strategy for participant work.

TRAINING: THE PHOTOVOICE METHOD
We also run a public training program for anyone who would like to learn more about managing participatory photography projects. We offer one-day, two-day, and three-day workshops that are ideal for educators, facilitators, researchers, international development workers, and others seeking to gain conceptual and hands-on experience. Participants will be provided with electronic and print resources, and will be ready to create and implement their own projects upon completion.
PROJECT CONSULTATION
In addition to our current projects, we provide consultancy services to non-profits, NGOs and any organization looking for assistance in developing, designing and implementing their own participatory photography projects. Typically this differs from project management and facilitation in that consultations are short-term engagements.
